A Single Destination for Real Estate Professionals to See Available Opportunities

Brokers and salespersons in the real estate field earn numerous licenses and credentials during their careers. However, finding those required education courses for license renewal, along with other networking events and opportunities is a hassle on its own. With Merit Opportunities, each of these is showcased to qualified real estate professionals on a single platform.

Opportunities is the new Merit feature that was created to help connect professionals with opportunities from organizations in their respective industries. For real estate professionals, Merit Opportunities provides access to continuing education courses such as ‘the latest laws and regulations affecting the real estate,’ the required post-license courses for newly licensed agents, and invites to and information on networking events such as the upcoming REALTORS Conference and Expo. All opportunities are easily-accessible and found right in the Merit app, which decreases the need for and the time spent on intense research in order to find opportunities such as these.

Merit is working with different chapters of the REALTORS Association to bring more career opportunities and industry events to real estate professionals. We have also partnered with Moseley Flint School of Real Estate who is offering many educational opportunities through Merit.

With the effects of COVID-19 on the real estate industry, Merit Opportunities can also serve as a quick source for industry updates as organizations can promote informational resources or webinars and users will be notified right on their smartphone. It will also help showcase all of the conferences and classes that have now gone virtual in the industry, which creates more chances to learn and network even during shelter-in-place orders.
