Responsible for the effective supervision and administration of the Residuals Facility Operators including selection, training, performance management, employee relations, prioritizing and assigning work and related activities. Supervises shift operations to ensure all policies, procedures and practices are followed. Performs technical and administrative work in support of the residuals program to ensure efficient operations and conformance to treatment goals and standards; serves as technical advisor to resolve any problems or issues. Assists in the development and updating of operating manuals and standard operating procedures.
