Using a boat or walking on shoreline, collects water samples from city-owned raw water reservoirs, monitoring wells and river supply at prescribed points and in accordance with an established schedule. Performs field testing for a number of chemical and physical parameters such as temperature, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, and pH level;logs data as samples are taken into field computer. Delivers water samples to the appropriate laboratory.
