Responsible for the effective supervision and administration of custodial activities including scheduling, budget preparation and monitoring, performance management, employee relations, prioritizing and assigning work and related activities. Conducts inspections and investigates tenant complaints to ensure quality and scope of completed work meets standards. Inspects work and trains staff according to green cleaning standards. Assists with ensuring specified contract services are provided by contractors through inspection of work. Monitors, inventories and distributes materials, supplies, and equipment as needed;coordinates the operation and care of custodial tools and equipment. Develops, updates, and evaluates work and safety standards, policies and procedures. Operates cleaning equipment as necessary.
