Merit deployed to 7 sites within 48 hours of contract signature and is continually adding new facilities, as needed, up to peak support of 14 locations nationwide. Each site receives in-person training and support, including custom bi-lingual instructional signage and materials, by Merit team members who staff all checkpoints 24/7. Merit issues digital credentials and prints credential-backed, physical badges to registered, verified staff, enabling them to check-in and out while generating a fully auditable access record. Verified, auditable, digital receipts record every hour worked and can be shared with the individual and across multiple stakeholder agencies for complete visibility in real-time. Merit technology allows site managers to control and secure locations by digitally revoking expired staff credentials when appropriate. The custom Merit dashboard generates reports, email alerts, and exportable data. Merit’s agile HIPAA-compliant platform ingests COVID-19 vaccine, testing, and symptom-free acknowledgments through continuous integrations with testing providers.
