How to use merits

During an emergency deployment, it is vital that responders can quickly prove that they are capable of handling the situation, whatever it may be.

When you arrive at the check-in station, you can use the Merit (our member app) to pull up your Merit Key, which will quickly allow an administrator to scan the key and view your merits.

Using Merit to Check-in 

To access your Merit Key, tap the Check-in section on the home screen of your Merit Member App. This code is linked to your profile, and can be used by organizations to verify your merits and profile. The code expires after 5 minutes.

Refreshing your Merit Key

By tapping the refresh icon in the top right, you can instantly generate a new key for yourself. When your key is scanned, administrators can easily verify that you are certified and ready for deployment.
