Make sure that you've already created a merit template to send to your recipients
Step 1: Go to the Organization Portal and navigate to the Send Merits folder on the left and, at the top of the page, click the Upload Spreadsheet tab.
Step 2: Download a sample .csv file based on the merit template you wish to use. Select the merit template in the dropdown box and then click Download.
Step 3: Fill in your sample .csv file with your member information, then click Import to upload your file.
Step 4: You will be directed to an import workflow. Select the merit template that you wish to use. Merit will then show you the fields associated with this template. Once you've confirmed that you've selected the correct template, click Next.
Step 5: Merit then directs you to the Upload .csv step of the import workflow. Follow the instructions to upload your .csv file.
Once the .csv file is successfully uploaded, click Next.
Step 6: Map your column headers to the merit template fields. If you started with a .csv file downloaded from the sample .csv option, then your spreadsheet column headers should match these fields. Once you're done, click Next.
Step 7: Merit will then direct you to review your column mapping. Once you're satisfied, you can click on Propose all to propose these merits, or you can click Send all to send!
