Forgot your password? Follow these steps to reset it.

If you are currently having trouble accessing your account because you have forgotten your password, please follow the instructions below:

*Before you start, please be sure that you are logged out of your Merit profile*

  1. Go to merits.com and click on the login button
  2. Below the password box, you'll see a "Reset password" link. Click the “Reset password?” link.
  3. Enter your email in the new window and click the “Send” button
  4. If the email entered matches a Merit account, you will receive a reset password email shortly.
    If the email does not match a current Merit account, you'll get an immediate message:
  5. Click the link in the email and you will be redirected to a new reset password page
  6. Enter a new password, re-enter the password again and hit “Reset”
  7. Once reset, you can now login with this new password
