How do I set up qualifications and credential requirements for my event?

If your organization needs to screen for credentials for this event, then navigate to Qualifications.

  • You can click on Create Qualification on the upper right-hand side

  • Make sure to give your qualification a name

Create qualifications based on a single requirement

Step 1: In the left-hand column, click on Add Merit to include the merit you want to use as a check-in qualification.

Step 2: Select the organization that has the credential you want to use.

Step 3: Select the merit that you would like to use as a qualification.

Step 4: Click on Save.

Create qualifications where members only need 1 of 2+ requirements to check in

Step 1: Select the organization and the specific merit that you would like to use as a qualification.

Step 2: Once the first merit is selected, click on + in the first column to add another qualification. Based on this setup, volunteers can use either of the merits to successfully check-in.

Step 3: Click on Save.

Create qualifications where members must have 2+ merits

Step 1: Select the organization and then the merit that you would like to use as a qualification.

Step 2: If your activity requires more than one merit, create a second column. Select the 2nd required merit.
