Add missing merits to my merits page

Are you missing merits from an organization? Here are some ways to find them, or request them if they haven't already been issued.

Are you using multiple email addresses, or have you changed email addresses lately?

You can keep all of your email addresses and have all of your merits in your merits page! Login to Merit, using the menu on the top right corner of your screen, access the profile settings menu and add all of your email addresses. You'll be sent a follow up email to each new address with a link to confirm your request(s).

Do you see some of your merits from an organization, but not all of them?

Each merit has a link to the sending organization and their contact information. Send the organization a nice email inquiry or give them a call and let them know you would like more merits.

Are you missing all of your merits from an organization?

  • Does the organization have the same email address as your Merit login (or other added email addresses in your profile settings?)
  • If the organization asks you if you would like to opt in or share your credentials with Merit, did you say yes?
  • Is there a possibility that your email was typed in incorrectly? Reach out to the organization to double check.
